Our finishes are available in either water-based or oil-based options. At Bluford Jackson we recommend oil-based finishes for their durability, though there are situations where water-based finishes are more suitable. For instance, they prevent yellowing in very light, white, or grey stains, have a very low odor, and dry faster, though they are not as durable as oil-based finishes. Both types of finishes are available in Satin, Semi-gloss, and Gloss sheens.
Stains come in a wide range of colors. We use Dura Seal stock colors and can mix and match to meet your preferences.
